So glad I was able to find this. Every corned beef season, the packets are miniscule and flavorless, so this really helps!
We purchased this pickling spice specifically to add more ‘pickle’ flavor to our boiled corned beef dinners, and it delivers on its promise. Generally, we opt for the largest brisket possible in the cooler, but the one-size-fits-all spice packet is often insufficient. However, using this spicepacket was a fantastic way to enhance the pickle taste of the corned beef and vegetables in the pot. We highly recommend trying it out if your brisket sometimes comes out a bit plain.
