(As a barista coming from a barista) I have always been a fan of coffee and I have worked at Dunkin Donuts before, so I have a lot of experience with barista techniques. At my current job, I use 16oz clear plastic cups that come in a set and measure the Ube creamer using the bottom line of the cup, which works perfectly. I then pair this with Starbucks decaf espresso pods and use a specific brewer cup/expresso shot for hot expresso. After brewing, I put the coffee into a shaker cup that can go up to 700cc and shake it with oat milk (vanilla flavored) for a minute to cool it down. Next, I add ice to the cup filled with ube (clear 16oz cup), put the express X oat in there and mix them together for an amazing taste. The combination has a slightly sweet but also bitter flavor, which is perfectly balanced.
