Product Description

This product contains a variety of spices and seasonings such as salt, paprika, dehydrated onions, garlic, and many others. It can be used to season chicken wings, meat and seafood, ribs, pork chops, grilled chicken, rice seasoning, fish seasoning, burger seasoning, meat tenderizer seasoning, soul food seasoning, garlic seasoning, mushroom seasoning, and popcorn seasoning. It is also suitable for use as a shelf-stable food alternative to pepper spices. Additionally, this product comes with a recipe for making Mike’s Party Dip using the all-purpose seasoning, which can be used as a dip.

The package includes 1 16-ounce carton of dairy sour cream or light dairy sour cream, assorted scoops, chips, or pretzels, and 2 tablespoons of Mike’s All-Purpose Seasoning. To make the dip, simply stir together the sour cream and seasoning in a small bowl, cover and chill for 1 to 24 hours, and then serve with scoops, chips, or pretzels. If desired, additional seasoning can be added in 1 teaspoon increments until the desired flavor is achieved. This product is perfect for adding a burst of flavor to any dish and can be prepared within 10 minutes, with a marinating time of 15 minutes and a cooking time of 15 minutes. It serves 6 people and requires 1-1/2 tsp. of Mike’s All-Purpose Original Seasoning, 1/2 tsp. of Mike’s All-Purpose Spicy Seasoning, and 1/2 tsp. of dried oregano leaves, crushed. We were introduced to this product a few years ago at Zest Fest product show.I sampled the flavor then purchased a small shaker of the seasoning. Since then we have used and purchased several times.It adds a good deep flavor to many foods.

Great on so many things. Met Mike at a craft show and once we tried his seasoning we were hooked. He is a very kind and smart man also. LOVE this stuff so much we give it as gifts!
